At Blue Flame Kitchen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your retail items, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase or gift receipt.

  Email our customer service team to request a Return Authorization Number and receive the appropriate shipping label or drop-off instructions.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
